Williamsburg Records 13 Property Transfers, Led by $290,000 Condo Sale
Williamsburg recorded 13 property transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, though only five disclosed a sale price. Those ranged from $26,000 for 13 Kingsley Ave. to $290,000 for a North Main Street condominium unit, with a median of $120,000. The period's other notable transaction was a $210,000 sale from the Tilley Frances Trust to the Massachusetts Audubon Society, recorded the same day the trust transferred two Valley View Road parcels to the town of Williamsburg. With most deeds lacking price data and several involving trusts, estates, or mortgage-servicing entities, the available figures offer only a partial read on current market values.
