The Hampshire County Registry of Deeds recorded 12 property transfers in Williamsburg between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10. Only four carry a posted sale price so far, ranging from $40,000 to $409,000, with a median of $189,000; the other eight have no price posted yet, which is a normal data lag, not a withheld figure. The period's most notable transfer was a $409,000 sale on Oneil Road, recorded Sept. 18, from Rosalyn Driscoll, trustee, and Lockett A. Wasson to Florence Bank. Briar Hill Road and Main Street each had two recorded transfers. With most prices still unavailable, the data on hand does not support calling the market especially active or quiet.
