Among those five, prices ranged from $40,000 to $409,000, with a median of $125,268. The month's top recorded sale was 24 Oneil Rd at $409,000 on Sept. 18, sold to Florence Bank. Briar Hill Road and Main Street each saw two transfers. Five of the 12 deeds list a bank or mortgage company as buyer or seller, and two entries were non-sale filings (a homestead declaration and a certificate of compliance) rather than property transfers.
