Williamsburg recorded 12 property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but only four carry a posted sale price so far, ranging from $40,000 to $200,000 with a median of $111,268; the rest are still awaiting registry data. The period's top recorded sale was 121 Petticoat Hill Road at $200,000, sold by William H. Hooper to Citizens Bank NA. Two properties, on Oneil Road and Cole Road, were acquired by the Town of Williamsburg.
