Williamsburg held its annual town election May 4 with 160 ballots cast out of 2,218 registered voters. Warden Kathleen Luce and Town Clerk Brenda Lessard oversaw polling from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm at the Town Offices. Kathleen McKeown was elected Assessor with 10 votes; Helen Symons earned 142 votes for Board of Health; Kevin McAllister took 135 for Library Trustees; Finance Committee seats went to Amy Bisbee (145), A.
Jody Nishman (138), and Patrick Sumner (131); Sarah "Zevey" Steinitz and Collin Black were elected to the Local School Committee three-year posts with 149 and 147 votes respectively; and Denise Banister was elected Selectman with 135 votes. The Regional School Committee position remained unfilled, receiving only two write-in votes total. All elected officials take office July 1, 2026.
