Williamsburg Conservation Commission unanimously approved a conservation restriction for Beaver Brook property. The measure passed after months of negotiations with property trustees and the Trails Committee. Commission Chair Joe Rogers explained the trustees must provide annual notification of planned maintenance, with smaller hand-tool jobs exempted from approval.
The Commission also closed the hearing on an 85 Mountain Street accessory dwelling unit, continued review of a Certificate of Compliance for 9 Goshen Road to June 3 over concerns about an unpermitted structure, and ratified an Emergency Certification for culvert clearing at 36 and 38 North Farms Road.
