Water & Sewer Commission denies solar company access to town water property.

Water & Sewer Commission · Meeting of January 6, 2026

WILLIAMSBURG — Water & Sewer Commission blocks solar company access to town property. The five-member board, chaired by Eric Cerreta, unanimously voted to deny Agilitas access to town water property for a River Road solar project after Tony Lastowski reported that the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection had urged caution on the request. In routine business, the commission unanimously approved water and sewer warrants and approved commitments from the Collector.

Operations Manager Bryan Osetek updated the board on pumphouse connectivity options and noted that VHB continues evaluating the right of way for the planned East Main Street utility bridge.
