Two Williamsburg home sales top out at $290,000 as most July deed activity goes unpriced

Hampshire County Registry of Deeds recorded 11 Williamsburg property transactions between July 10 and Aug. 8, but only two disclosed a sale price: $290,000 for a condominium unit at 10 North Main St, Unit 2 (Arthur Scott to Deborah Lyons), and $120,000 for 103 Petticoat Hill Rd (the Jackman family to Greenfield Savings Bank). The median of those two disclosed prices was $205,000. The remaining nine entries, including homestead declarations, an estate tax affidavit, a tax title release, and two transfers to the Town of Williamsburg, carried no disclosed price, limiting what conclusions can be drawn about overall market conditions this period.
