WILLIAMSBURG — The Williamsburg Select Board unanimously approved a refreshed charge document for the Mill River Greenway Committee, with a requirement for quarterly action reports. In separate action, the board heard a new protocol for handling Chapter 61 Right of First Refusal transactions, designed to shift notification duties to the Town Administrator and add public hearings for greater transparency, and directed Open Space Committee members Sally Loomis and Melissa Adams to draft a formal policy statement for a vote at the next meeting.
