Planning Board reviews comprehensive plan draft, approves prior minutes

WILLIAMSBURG — Planning Board reviews comprehensive plan maps and text, advances revisions. Chair Steve Smith led the board through the first final draft of the town's comprehensive plan, incorporating proposed additions, deletions, and text changes in consultation with the Comprehensive Advisory Committee and JM Goldson representatives. The board approved prior minutes from March 23 and April 6 unanimously.

Stone Adair was named liaison to the Open Space Committee. A public hearing on accessory dwelling units is scheduled for April 27 at 6 p.m., followed by a Planning Board meeting at 7 p.m.
