WILLIAMSBURG — Planning Board refines Comprehensive Plan strategies with June completion target. Chair Steve Smith presided over discussion of Theme 4 tactics led by Jenn Goldson of the Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee, with board members categorizing strategies as "keep" or "remove." The board also flagged a minor Accessory Dwelling Unit zoning adjustment required after Attorney General review. A shared purpose workshop for all town boards and committees is scheduled March 21 at Anne Dunphy; the Planning Board presents progress to the Select Board on April 14.
