Williamsburg Planning Board approved an Approval Not Required determination for the Carriere property on a 5-0 vote. Chair Holly Hendricks and the board reviewed the completed comprehensive plan with advisory committee member Penny Robbins, discussing strengths in neighborhood participation and challenges in gathering resident input. Member Eric Schmitt continued as clerk with Member Darlene Stone Adair filling in as needed due to scheduling constraints.
The board approved six previously unapproved meeting minutes from 2025 after Schmitt's detailed records review identified approval gaps.
