WILLIAMSBURG — Planning Board unanimously backs ADU zoning revisions for April 27 hearing. Chair Steve Smith, with members Tariq Abu-Jaber, Holly Hendricks, Darlene Stone Adair, Podge Thomas, and Eric Schmitt present (Jean O'Neil absent), approved the motion filed by Stone Adair and seconded by Thomas to present Attorney General-directed changes to the accessory dwelling unit bylaw. The board also finalized a five-member presentation slate for the April 14 Select Board briefing on the town's Comprehensive Plan, each presenter assigned a single theme: rural character, climate change, housing, population change, and economic development.
Holly Hendricks volunteered to serve as the board's next chair.
