The same day, two Valley View Road parcels transferred from the Tilley trust to the town of Williamsburg, also without a recorded price. Four other filings listed "Declaration of Homestead" as buyer, a protective filing rather than a sale, and two involved Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. as seller, typically tied to foreclosure-related transfers. With price data on just one of 10 transactions, the deed record offers limited insight into current market pricing.
