Four of the 11 records were homestead declarations rather than sales, and one was a conservation order of conditions, not a property transfer. Goshen Road and Valley View Road each had two recorded transactions; the Valley View Road parcels both went from Tilley to the Town of Williamsburg. With price data recorded in just one of 11 records, the available data does not support a broader read on local home values this period.
