WILLIAMSBURG — Town Common Committee appointed new co-chairs and advanced the site planning framework. Mary Dudek and Melinda McCall were unanimously selected as co-chairs, replacing resigned Denise Banister. The committee reviewed Nick Dines' revised site study of the one-acre property, divided into seven functional areas, noting constraints from drainage, accessibility, and parking needs.

The Fire Department had requested 39 parking spaces, but committee members expressed doubt the property could accommodate that many due to drainage and space constraints.
