Board of Library Trustees · Meeting of April 21, 2026
Williamsburg library trustees green-light exterior projects at Meekins. The board unanimously approved placement of two raised demonstration garden beds by the Burgy Farm and Garden group and two locked boxes for the Williamsburg Adventure Challenge scavenger program, both contingent on ADA compliance and maintenance standards. Director Beverly Bullock reported maintenance costs running over $2,000 above budget due to snow and HVAC repairs, and noted that a meeting with Pioneer Valley Planning engineer Patty Gamborini and volunteer Nick Dines is underway to design a rain garden repair following drain failure.
The board also unanimously adopted revised policies on bulletin board postings, meeting room use, and outdoor art displays.
